Animal Hunt combines movement, speaking, teamwork, and problem-solving in a fun classroom scavenger hunt activity. Students search for hidden animal cards and complete simple speaking tasks, mini challenges, questions, and vocabulary activities as they move from animal to animal.
The activity is designed to keep young learners active, engaged, and communicating naturally in English through short low-pressure tasks that encourage participation and confidence building.
The resource includes printable animal cards, matching task cards, an answer sheet, and a blank task template so teachers can adapt or extend the activity for different ages, language levels, or vocabulary topics.
This resource is also part of our Young Learners | EFL Resource Pack, which is available to download here.
